I dont fully understand: Steam can make profit&money on these classic good games - but GoG cannot.
Because the owning publishers made a contract with Steam. Not with GOG. GOG can't sell anything they don't have permission to sell. It's that simple.

If 2K wants to pull everything from Steam and dump it all on Epic, they could, and Steam probably can't do much about it.
They won't do that though, because that would be a terrible business strategy.

The latest Ufo game is UFO2Extraterrestrials: Shadows over Earth (still in dev I see) - please offer on GoG.

Do us all a favor. Contact the developer/publisher of this game, and ask them. It'll accomplish a lot more than asking a forum with an average population of 15.
