The idea goes like this. You choose games and then you get to decide if you want to send all of em to one person OR send each game you have picked up for each person ya choose and pay at one price.

That would really help people who use PaySafeCard PIN numbers to buy stuff so they don't have to get another PIN to send another gift and waste money for this.
