So I got The coma 2 from amazon prime. I don't know what it showed when I added it, but what is in my library shows as not deluxe. When I go to store page I see in my library for standard and deluxe for to buy.

On the amazon page it says "deluxe". I tried doing the code again and it says it's already been used.

Could it be that the Amazon offer was originally not Deluxe and they changed it? Could this be a bug with the 'purchase' I need to email Gog about? Has anyone else experienced this?

Also the Gog order page does say "deluxe", but everything else on Gog says not deluxe.

On GOG, games that have optional deluxe editions appear the same as regular editions in your library. Click on the game in your library and check if you have the Deluxe edition extra content such as the artbook and DLC skins, that way you will know if you have the Deluxe edition or not. I think Amazon keys have slightly different ID numbers as well, and that may be why it appears to you that the Deluxe edition is not owned.

If I own deluxe I should have the option to buy it as a gift instead of for my library.

A similar thing is happening to me. I got Stasis as a free game (when GOG gave it away for free), then (as I really liked the game) I decided to buy the deluxe upgrade and indeed the extra stuff were added to my library. However, the deluxe edition isn't presented as "in library" to me!

Do you now own the Artbook and the Soundtrack and two skin DLCs? If you do, you got the deluxe edition, regardless of what GOG's bugfest says.

There are dozens of games in my library that are improperly marked as not owned. That's standard GOG.

Yeah, nothing new here. It's one of the oldest issues on GOG. The larger the library the more unmarked owned games you'll have.

Most amazon games are affected.

No, you learned from them things which you didn't investigate under my advice. The screenshots I provided you alone were enough evidence to prove to you that you own the deluxe edition, had you actually checked.
