I redeemed the Amazon Prime game "Mordheim: City of the Damned" successfully last Thursday, but the game's still not appearing in my library. However, through the game's page, the system indicates that I got it, for it shows "Buy as a gift", not to say "Owned" in the search bar. I'd like to know if this is a known issue and if it happened with any of you guys, so please leave your comments.

Do we really need a new thread for every time this happens?
Just wait a few hours - it will turn up.

If by "a few hours", we're suppose to wait for a few days, than I believe this is an issue. Besides, why does this delay only happen with Amazon Prime games? Every GOG game I buy goes instantly to my library.

In my world, "a few hours" still means "a few hours" - not "a few days".

Because the games you get over Prime are given to you via a middleman?

Thursday > Friday > Saturday: definitely not just "a few hours". Thanks for your participation, BreOl72.

Are you sure, you didn't claim it for free in January 2024 already?

In that case, it wouldn't "appear in the library" now, because it's already there - but on a lower shelf.

That's it! I had already claimed it for free back in January 2024. Thank you for helping me clarifying this, BreOl72.

Now, the system should've informed me that I had the game in my library in order to avoid wasting the code. Knowing that I could have donated the key is irritating to say the least. From now on, I'm going to check my library before redeeming any Amazon Prime game.

I redeemed some Prime Gaming titles and saw them in my GOG account via browser, but they weren’t showing in GOG Galaxy. Here’s what worked for me:

I manually marked the games as “owned”

Logged out of GOG Galaxy

Logged back in — the games then appeared as purchased and were ready to install

Might save someone else a bit of stress!
