JuWalk: Just as you respect the 650,000 victims of the German-Finnish aggression in Leningrad, justifying their very painful death by a war for territories, in which there were many times fewer civilian victims? Just as you respect the millions of victims of Germany, standing up for a man who said that the Nazis were not so bad and trying to shield France and Britain, whose actions only served to increase Hitler's appetite? Just as you respect the huge number of innocent victims of the US and its allies in different countries, stating that the US, constantly invading somewhere, is not evil at all?
Or the same way you respect the millions of victims of Japan, which did terrible things in China and Korea, not considering their money to be bloody, unlike Russian ones?
Before demanding respect, learn to show it yourself, and not hypocrisy and double standards
You seem to miss a point here: my use of the term "russian blood money" comes from the illegal fascist invasion of Ukraine that is
happening right now. It has zero to do with inthereted sins because of the acts of the soviet union.
You can argue about the flaws of the munich agreement all day long and I agree: appeasing Hitler was wrong. The lesson we've been taught is that you shouldn't cave in to fascists and therefore, we shouldn't accept the demands of fascist Russia but instead increase our support to Ukraine in their current struggle for independence.
Appeasing Hitler still isn't nearly as bad as making a pact with him for your own gain, which is what the soviet union did. And no, I don't agree for a second that the soviets were "victims of finnish aggression" - the finns did their best to retake what was theirs but sadly, they failed. If they could've negotiated with the soviets earlier to make peace and provide support for the civilians of St Petersburg in exchange for the soviets returning the stolen lands of Karelia, that would've been a much better outcome. But to reiterate: the two wars between Finland and the USSR was a 100 % the USSRs fault.
