It's inane and boring as fuck which makes it perfect for when you are killing time but need to be able to pay attention to things other than the computer.

I always have it running during a football game, cooking, or when I'm waiting for check-ins.

You can't play Tie Fighter and keep an eye on the bread baking in the oven. I know, I've tried. The Empire won. The bread got it's ass kicked. :P

Hmmm... Not that long ago before starting FF8 again I was playing Chocobo tales RPG... ended up putting it on auto explore/auto action to do the grinding, and saw a few cutscenes. Otherwise it was a total waste of time. So it's a bit similar in it's own way.

I could only think that more real Rogue-like games are the answer because you can go as fast or as slow as you want with those games.


Baking bread while playing Tie Fighters... I almost see an image of them doing the run on the death star and then 'oh I can't help you Luke, I gotta get my bread out of the oven reactor' type of thing... Nahh...

Give it some time.

Most likely its not here because the gameplay was really broken and it was a mess to get it to run properly on modern systems.

I could never get into the game myself, it was confusing and tedious, the game never tells you where you are supposed to go. I am a big Star Wars fan and I really wanted to like the game.
