Since April there's a free demo now too.
Maybe GOG could release the demo here as well, to test the waters, so to speak. In case they're still unsure that the full game would sell on GOG.
Which shouldn't even be up for debate any longer with the similarly old-school Grimoire obviously having passed the second or third evaluation.

I played the demo on Steam last year and would love it on GOG. The devs assured me that there's no unwinnable situations.
Which is very important for me, as you can imagine.

Previously rejected Grimoire eventually ending up on GoG maybe was also due to the wishlist entry getting voted the shit out of after all.
