Ancient-Red-Dragon: That's all true, but those points are also moot, since Rx Vega is worse than the Nvidia 1080 (yes, even the non-Ti version) cards that are available right now, for the same price as Rx Vega will be. Anyone who has that money to spend and needs a GPU right now might as well buy the 1080 since it's a better value than Rx Vega, and that would still be so even if Rx Vega was available now everywhere.
Joker of youtube tech fame showed the RX Vega running around the same speed in games as the 1080 did. In other games, the RX Vega was a little lower, in others it was a little higher.

We'll need to see more tests before stating it's bad or good really.
Also, the driver isn't even released yet, that could make a difference.
