I remmember watching a youtube video many years ago, about (top?) 10 creepiest spiders in video games, one of them was this huge really well animated blue spider, i was so frightened i had to close the video.

Anyone know the game it´s from? the game looked like a 2d first person dungeon crawler or adventure game.

No its not any of those, pretty sure the game was old and the graphics looked a bit like Wizardry 7.

Might you be talking about Kistrel, the giant spider that can (sort of) be recruited in Neverwinter Nights 2?

Eye of the Beholder 1 or 2? 2 even has a jump scare where spiders ambush your party in a narrow corridor and attack from both directions.
