I have a problem. I became a member of GOG about 4 or 5 years ago (maybe longer than that). I moved and lost all of my copies of Username and passwords to all of my games purchased on GOG. I would like to get them back. The bit of info that I have are the following:

Sign in name - mye582rs

User name - myedav582@gmail.com

myedav582@comcast.net

My Email is presently - myedav4896@gmail.com

That is all that I can think of right now. If there is more info that I can send you I will be glad to do that.

I am living with my sister, I need help!
If you've still got the same email adress you registered with, can't you reset your password with that?
Apart from that, you'll just have to contact Gog support...other users here can't help you with this.
Do remember that this forum is public, and anyone can read what you type. If you would prefer to not have your e-mail address picked-up by spambots, I would recommend you remove it.

Also, talk to support, us common users can unfortunately not help you. The forum is not really a support channel (though it does sometimes serve that purpose as well), but mostly a place for users to connect.
First of all, be prepared for your current email address to see an increase in spam for posting your email address in a public place. Not saying you shouldn't do that (some will probably come in and say just that) just saying if you do there are potential concequences.

Secondly, is the old email address no longer able to be used? Because if you do remember your username (you listed it above) and you can get to your email, then isn't getting a new password as simple as clicking on "Forgot My Password" and having a link emailed to you??

But I'm guessing the problem is that the email address is no longer available and perhaps the only thing you can do is contact support at that point.

Good luck either way. Am very sorry to hear about your misfortunes here. Hope things work out well for you.

EDIT: Ninjad... sorry... slow typer...

Thank all of you for your help, it wasn't very much fun, but it was help. I must have to contact "support" but I don't now how to do that. Can anyone give me their Email?

Thanks once again for your assistance.

Look at the top of the screen.... GOG.COM.... STORE... ABOUT... COMMUNITY... SUPPORT....

Clicking on support (I think) takes you to where you can contact them.

Yeah, I just checked... I clicked on the ACCOUNT AND WEBSITE line of the support drop down, and if you down on that page there is a link to contact them.

OldFatGuy, I didn't like typing that as much as I thought I would :)

I thought that was what I followed the last time but I guess not. Thanks once again for your help. If you want to live with me and help me on these games, we can make arrangement for that :) Have a good day, or evening...
And maybe edit your original post and remove your email adresses etc., no reason why that should be public, can't be careful enough on the net.

This is a forum for the GOG community, not just the staff (in fact, the staff barely ever reads it). I would advise you NOT make your information so readily available to the public (especially considering that we have more than a few scammers around here, despite the fact that most of us are friendly). As has already been suggested, contact support since they're the only ones who can help you, but if I were you, I'd edit your original post to remove the information you posted.
WOW - OldFatGuy, you're a lucky guy.
You are invited to live with dave582my and his/her sister.
What could be better during a cold winter than a threesome...

A foursome? Although it's a little too cold here in the winter to be playing golf....
