Why does everyone keep complaining about that one? I'm using it and at this point I'm not having any issues with it at all, other than the lack of an overlay that would actually inform you about receiving achievements and allow chatting in-game.

Not only it would go against everything they've been saying about what they consider to be a good service, the backlash it would produce would be irreparable.
