Edit: As for your question, yes, support has been able to fix account-related issues (like games missing).

Because that's how he/she always posts with those mannerisms. Frankly, I'd find it much harder to write like that than doing it the proper way.

OK, I suspected that you might have used www.gog.com/user/refresh instead and it might not have worked.

At any rate, as for your question, one time that account refresh was really buggy (to the point that it removed games from my account), support was able to fix the issue without sweating and after a while, the account refresh function as well.

Nine time out of ten, I automatically type "the" as "teh" and have to correct it. My fingers just move in that way.
