Just wondering if anyone had noticed that. I don't really want to read legal bullshit when I want to buy a game, so I'm surprised to see this here. Is Disney the first one, the only one? Did I miss a big curfuffle over this?
No, Disney is not the first.

There are many games here where you have to agree to the ToS during installation process. For example more or less the whole EA catalogue.

It's just a standard and generic thing they probably include with every game they sell.

Interesting, but because it's after the purchase, it's 200% irrelevant rather than 100%.
If that game told me I needed to fork over a kidney to play it I would.
