We are all going to select a bug/ creepy-crawlie as a pet and give it a name. It can be a bug that currently exists or you can combine any number of current bugs to create a new species.

My pet is a tarantula/ dragonfly hybrid who is too fat to actually fly and I shall name him Mr Fuddlebutt.

I shall nurture and love him till the day he dies (even though I hate spiders).

thanks for the chance to win.

My pet is a horse caterpillar, so horse fly and caterpillar his name is mr. hun hun for he is always biting me
he is cute but he bites a lot and is always hungry hopefully he turns to a nice butterfly
I'm in.

My pet would be a peacock spider with butterfly wings. He is quite the showman and has beautiful markings. I call him Jackson (after Jackson Pollack) because of his colorful presentation.
Thank you, I would like to try my luck!

I'd choose a particularly slimy snail and call it "Snariggio" (a idiomatic term that is the cute version of saying "making a mess with phlegm").
My pet is a rolly-polly (pill bug) with a tongue like a frog and wings like a bumble bee. I keep him in our 3-season porch so that he does scare the visitors. I spend my afternoons sketching him. I have named him Sir Chauncey Macruthers. I model my DnD characters after him.

Thanks, Doc!
Let's try this!

My pet is a living Egyptian scarab made of gold and turquoise, called Khepri. It's usually quite content but you don't want to see it angry as it may or may not contain the spirit of an ancient diety.

Thank you very much for the giveaway!
Thanks, Doc!
My pet is a cricket (insect) with her body a little flattened and long antennae. He produces a rather pleasant sound with its beating of wings. I have named him Mr. Jack. I keep a cricket in a cage with fresh food every day.

My pet would be a Baboon Spider, and I'd call him "Doc Ock"
+1. My pet would be a hybrid Mayfly/Aardvark called Mr. Buzz-Snuffles. He may only live for a day, but that's 24 hours where you'll never have a termite problem...
My pet is a spicken (half spider half chicken) who ironically thinks he is a dalmation and is also anthropomorphic, not being able to overcome pronunciation of the letters "b" and "w" without stuttering and going into a crazy clucking. I call him Domino (because of the dalmation pelt colors). He is also great at fighting cats!

Hello, thanks for GA, I would like to in for Morrowind :)

All my spiders in home I call one name: "Payonk". But should I call them "residents-who-do-not-pay-rent"?

Really nice giveaway again Doc !
I'm in.
My pet is a Stenolemus fraterculus Wygodzinsky (Assassin Bug). I used to love it bc it was protecting me from other insects and kept me save but then i started to feed it too much and it became lazy.
So nowadays i call it Lazy Bones which is actually quite funny as it obviously lacks bones to begin with.
Okay then! I'm certainly not going to waste this quick chance to win:

My pet is a blue butterfly named "Santiago" which has a peculiar power called "The Butterfly Effect". The power consists in him being capable to generate powerful winds at will with the flaps of his wings. Wings that can cut through everything including, earth, buildings AND people.

Unfortunately, the military caught wind (Ha!) of this, and now my poor pet is under custody in [redacted]. Currently undergoing [redacted] meant for future [redacted].

Hopefully, I won't get in trouble by typing all of this. :)

------------------

So, is this pet valid? Otherwise, I'll just edit the post. Anyways, thanks Doc for another great giveaway! :D
I'm in!

I like spiders, so my pet is Miss Gobblemuch. She's managed to claim a whole room for herself, and filled it with her web. When I visit, I feel like I'm visiting Bela Lugosi's Dracula from 1931.
I will have three weeevils from the Trigonopterus genus. Each from a different species (there's a lot of them). I'll named them Lee, Lifeson and Peart and even though they are flightless creatures, they just seems so happy when I played them "Fly by Night".

Fun Fact: Their primary defense against predators is apparent death.

Always appreciate your gesture Doc0075, enjoy the weekend
