Hey guys. I've got a few questions.

1. Can I connect my GOG games to Steam?
2. I want to get Blood and Dark Forces II because the GOG version seems far superior but I want it on Steam even though I have those games on Steam. Would I just be able to swap the game files or something so I have the working version of the game on Steam?
3. Why do I still have notifications on my 'ACCOUNT' tab at the top from new games and forum replies? I can't seem to find a way to get rid of them.

Thanks in advance!

1. Define "connect" are you referring to the connect service?

2. you could but honestly the Steam versions of blood IS the gog version. I can offer proof of this later on if you wish.
The steam version uses an older version of Dosbox.

3.That is a known site issue they will eventually go away on their own.

1 : no
2 : maybe i dont cross polinate so i dont have doubles beyond saints row 2 and 2
3 : its a glitch most of the time
they can also be friends invites or update notification ( to make the update notifications go away you need to actually click on the game thats update in your library )
1. no, not in the way I think you mean ... GOG did have a connect service briefly, but it was highly limited
2. no I don't think you can just swap the files around in this way ... but I don't know enough of the Steam version
3. do you mean the updates notification ? otherwise I don't know what you are referring to

they are offering the connect service if you own any of the master of orion games on steam, sounds like connect is going to be on a case by case basis, as I doubt that many publishers are lining up to take advantage of it.
Not a Steam victi... er, user, but:

2. You should be able to add other games to your Steam client launcher doohickey. Just search "how do i add other games to the steam client" and you'll find instructions on that. Guessing that's what you're asking.
