Last version of the game is 1.0.2, why GOG has 1.0.1G?

1.0.2 and 1.0.1G are exactly the same thing, the only difference is the version labeling. Hope that helps :D.

But the GOG version doesn't have the DirectX version of the executable. Game is unplayable without it on my machine. (Copying the executable doesn't work, it says it's unregistered.)
