I give my guys orders during the "planning" phase but a lot of the time situations arise that need some fine tuning.

For example, I've had my men run into a huge group of policemen and then stupidly start beating someone up *right in front of them*, leading to the death of a Lieutenant + 5 hoods. Frustrating.

Another common issue is a guy refuses to pay extortion money. Is there any way to simply Assault him then and there, rather than having to wait another week?

Similarly, when you get an alert an enemy gang member is in your territory...can you order your men to Kidnap? Or does that have to be done beforehand?
