The game randomly crashes and nothing seems to fix it, it happens whilst I play Skirmish. I'm using compatibility mode. The game will stop then crash; sometimes after five minutes other times after a half-hour. Anyone else experience this?
I've an eight-core and running Win7. Gfx card is an AMD Radeon HD 5800 series.

I have the same problem. It mainly happens when stuff explodes. This makes some missions very crashable, because car explosions can cause crashes too it seems.
The game just freezes for half a second and then crashes to desktop without any message whatsoever. I also can't find any crash log so I don't know what's going wrong...

Anyone have a solution?

it happens to me too, specially after long games. i suspect that it runs out of memory due to a memory leak. only solution would be for someone to compile a 64 bit executable.
