ok so i brought an downloaded this as i used to play it on an old xp machine.
i run it and im hi with like a screen wash effect with no sharpness, have logged with gog but thought id ask here as well.
but when i open a dilog box it sharpens up o.O????

any ideas guys?

been solved, turns out i had morphological filtering turned on in anti-aliasing and was causing the problem.

Thanks for posting this... might'a taken years to find that problem otherwise.

There is a setting for morphological filtering in the control software of your graphics card. I don't know where it is for NVIDIA or Intel, but for AMD, look at the screenshot below.
