Do you guys know this game?

I used to play it years ago and it's still around, really tough game to master (depending who you play against, that is), but it can really suck your time dry. At least for the duration of a galaxy. It came back to my mind now because I'm playing GalCiv2 for the first time and I'm shocked to see that CS is still miles ahead, after all. I never played Sins or similar RTS games though.
