I have been playing GK1 20th anniv and have a saved game, but I am no longer going to have access to that computer and want to transfer it to another computer. I have been able to download my purchased game from GOG, but cannot find a way to transfer my progress.

I am not a computer genius, so I would need simple broken down instructions if there is a way.
This game just takes so long to go through all the steps to get to the point where we are now--I hate to have to do all that again if I can pick up where I left off.

Transferring the saved games to a new computer usually requires you to copy the save game files into the save game data directory.
Supposing that you are using Windows as operating system, the save game data are stored in the directory %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Phoenix Online Studios\GK1.

Does anyone have the Saved Game files for GK1 20th Aniversary Edition? I had a hard drive failure last week, and although now replaced, I lost my saved games.

Yes, it would be much appreciated. I have halted continuing to play until I can find (or receive frome some friendly Forum member) saved games for late in the game (after GK returns from Germany)

Ok, I'll dig into my tablet file system tomorrow hoping I didn't choose "delete savegames" while uninstalling the game.

I'm very sorry for giving you false hope, but I couldn't find any save game left on the tablet where I played the game. Unfortunately, it seems I clicked "delete savegames also" while uninstalling the game.
