As the title said. On the store page of the game, it said a 2nd copy was included but my receipt upon purchase only said one copy. How did people receive their 2nd copy?

Go to ACCOUNT >>> LIBARY >>> klick on FROZEN SYNAPSE >>> then klick MORE >>> SERIAL KEYS >>> there are 3 keys: 1 for Frozen Synapse, 1 for Frozen Synapse Red and the 3rd one is an Frozen Synapse redeem code.

That's weird. I went to checkout with "Frozen Synapse" and "Frozen Synapse Red" in my basket. There was a message saying that FSR is included with FS, so I removed FSR and paid.

I've just checked the serial keys as you outlined above and I have only Frozen Synapse and the redeem code for a second copy. There's no Frozen Synapse Red!

edit: I just purchased Frozen Synapse Red (even though it was again telling me that I own it as part of Frozen Synapse), and I now have the serial keys for it! Hmm, may be I should query this with support...

Update: I contacted support, and found out that 'Frozen Synapse Red' isn't actually supposed to be included with 'Frozen Synapse'...

Yeah, that message confused me too. It said that FS:Red was included in FS, but I needed to buy FS from GOG in order to use the Red DLC... Huh?

It wouldn't let me buy both at the same time, so I had to buy FS, then buy FS:Red.

So I just purchased this game and am also looking for the 2nd key. The above info does not work as there is no serial key after More button. Contacted support as this is all abit misleading and confusing as there are no places to see my keys to even register on sites registration page.

Does someone have a spare copy to share with me?
