How did you get the book of Laws in the DLC The Last Autumn to show more than the basic laws? I got to the point where I choose sides, not trying to add spoilers if I can help it, but the new law options are not appearing. As you progress through the scenario its starting to seem impossible without the new laws. For example getting my safety levels to a certain point so people get back to work.

I think I've seen that reported the their discord. I had another dispplay bug where I was unable to add or subtract workers. I repair fixed it.

Anybody figure out how to build security detachment or posts. The people from the other construction site that I rescued turned on me and now I have build two security posts... nothing relating to security/police shows up in Administration or Labor...nothing in any of the building selections either.....
