I do know English. That's not the issue. The issue is that I have harder time understanding things from hearing than reading, just like tons of other people do. Language has nothing to do with it.

It's not a hearing problem. It's different people are wired differently. Some people are right-handed, others left-handed. Some people are gay others straight. Some peoples brains are better at registering information received in one way others in another. Come on, it's not that hard to understand now, is it?
