Windows 7 x64

KB401019990 was not enough
had to install KB2670838 too to play

I hope it helps for other people

Thanks, a lot for your help.

But the game won´t start on my machine.

I´d already installed KB2670838 and using Windows 7 x64.

Is there any other fix?

What OS and graphics cards do you both have?
What driver versions do you have?
Have you tried to reinstall drivers using DDU?
