Since the update, when the people give you requests/etc with the little black balloons that you click as events... the sound plays, but sometimes the bubble doesn't show up, making it impossible for me to click on them and trigger the dialoug pop-up and choice to be made. It causes a '# person ignored' on the discontent bar to pop up, raising discontent, as well. Sometimes toggling other menus will cause it to be visible on-screen, but I've come across a part in The Arks scenario where I can't get it to pop up at all - and it's the event where you give the steam core to the engineer after he breaks one of the automotons. I've tried saving and rebooting the save, but alas, nothing has changed.

I did not have this problem before the update.
