problem is once the game is open doesnt go full screen instead it shows up in a mini screen with main display. Only thing i see in game is user,clone and type name

Do you have a 4K screen with scaling set to 150% in your Windows display settings?

If so, try lowering your display resolution and set scaling back to 100% before launching the game.

yeah a lot of people are running into this. its been said here and other threads - check your display settings for your desktop and see if its higher than 100% for scale.

Unfortunately, changing the display scaling for text, apps and other items is not a viable option, because when that is done, the entire computer is unusable because nothing is visible. So far, this is the only program I've encountered that even suggested that as a "solution". (225% is large enough to read, but only just).

If you don't want to change scaling, another way is to set your Windows resolution to 1920x1080 before launching the game. This bug happens when your Windows resolution is very high, like 4k.
