Hey I accidentally posted this in the incorrect forum so I am reposting here....
I was wondering if anyone has come across this installation error with Freespace 2. I started my download last night and woke up this morning and found this error...
C:\Users\sauron\Downloads\setup_freespace_ 2(2).exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
What does this mean? What steps do I need to take to correct it?

Are you downloading it via browser or GOG Downloader? Did you try download it again? If error eppeared while downloading with browser use GOG Downloader insted. Sometimes I've got similiar error.

Your download didn't complete -- try again.
Also use the GOG downloader if you're going to download overnight so you don't lose progress.
