I've recently finished both vanilla campaigns of two games with no problems and decided to check out mods for them, especially mission/campaign ones. According to this FAQ, I assume that I need two essential essential mods, such as FFX and EZFX, and install, according to the mentioned orders. Here is where I've stumbled on various problems in both games.

Freedom Force:
- if I understood correctly, there are no changes in main campaign, so after installing mods, it was working with no problems in new campaign, at least first couple minutes.
- then decided to check some new custom hero in a new room, added by mods above. When selected and joined in, after several seconds of usual stuff, where everything is spawned as expected, the mission get disrupted immediately with emblem cutscene, moving to highscore screen, and after couple seconds the game gets CTD. Also there were various scripts errors each time, if I remember correctly, in a upper dialog window.

Freedom Force vs. The 3rd Reich:
- after starting a new campaign and being couple seconds in, I get an immediate screen freeze, where video get stuck, but sounds are still playing. Alt-tabbing does help to refresh visual, but after seconds the problem gets repeated. Also in the start of every new campaign Alche has a strange extra default action on enemies, such as 'Cast illusion' or 'Follow'.
- same freeze also appears in character/room selection windows.

I think, it's also worth to mention, that in a Control Center app "install dir" path leads to default one (C:\Program Files\Irrational Games\...) instead of a correct one, which is installed on different drive and was selected in both mods installation processes.

I'm not sure what's causing your issues. Does each game work well without FFX? If so, that's very strange.

The custom actions you describe for Alchemiss are part of FFX and should be there, so don't worry about those.

I'd recommend you visit the FF community at www.freedomreborn.net. You'll be a lot more likely to get responses and support there than here.

Yes, they were working both just fine before modding.
Long time further I rechecked them again to find out they were working fine with mods as well.
I guess, something got fixed.

If I remember correctly, the problem was that custom action was a default one on everything, like talking with the ground.
Was it intentional?
But I won't insist on that part due to long time has passed.

Overall, thanks for the response and the invitation. But I've kinda abandoned the series for now.
Maybe someday I'll give it a second chance to see modded campaign with fresh eyes.
