Unlimited Adventures - How do you export your characters?

Does anyone know how to export your current party of characters for use in a different design game? I've been unable to find this information in either the manual or via searching on the web. I would very much appreciate any helpful advice.

Apply your current design, then hit Xfer from the Characters pull down menu. Then Apply the design into which you wish to transfer the characters.
Make sure you Remove the characters from the first design first, though, so that the character files are updated (they are normally only stored in the save game files).

I select "Game 39 Pool of Radiance". I see no "Xfer" button nor a "Characters" menu.

The active buttons are labeled, "Play the Game", Select a Design", "Create New Design", "Delete the Design", "Game Settings", "Edit Modules", "Art Galleries", "Monster Editor" & "Quit from Game".

How exactly would I apply the steps you described?...

The characters I would like to transfer are from Game 39 Pool of Radiance. What exactly do I need to do to "Remove the characters from the first design first" & in which program, FRUA or UAShell?

Is it possible to use a character party from FRUA in other Gold Box games? For example; after finishing the FRUA version of Pool of Radiance is it possible to transfer them to Hillsfar, complete that game, transfer the party to the FRUA version of Curse of the Azure Bonds, then transfer the party to Secret of the Silver Blades?

Transferring characters between hacked designs, even if you manage to do it, is not guaranteed to behave sensibly, unless the designs are meant to work together. If you have spells or items that have been altered in the target design, for example, strange things may happen.

Thank you very much, that did it. At first I wasn't sure it was going to worked because FRUA would only allow me to remove just 5 characters, but not the sixth. In doing so it did appear update all 6 character files. How do I mark this topic as solved?

I managed to transfer chars I kept a human cleric ,and half elf mage/cleric/fighter and an elf mage (I also brought over a human mage but he's not in the party) I made a paladin a new fighter since my old one died in the last battle in pools of radiance and a human mage/fighter .
I dragged the files from pools of radiance lost all my items only way I could figure out hopefully for the next game a can keep items some how?

Well, the background story of Cuse of the Azure Bonds assume that the party has indeed lots all its possessions.

I'm confused between the separate files for the editor, art files, monster icons, PC icons, descriptions, small pictures, large pictures, sprites, walls, backdrops, et cetera. I have no idea how one is supposed to set this up...

Never played Dungeon Craft, so I can't help you with that.
