I've read through the tavern tales in the Pool of Radiance Adventurers Journal. Some of them clearly humorous references to other computer games, but I'm not sure which ones. (Obviously, they have to be games released before Pool of Radiance.)

The one that mentions GUE is Zork (#9) and the one with the bard spinning a tale (#2) is The Bard's Tale. I'm sure of that. The one with the anglish lord (#4) might be Ultima. I'm not sure about the rest.

Anyone have any ideas?
