Hey, I'm at about the 4th or 5th map travel point, but don't have any oil, and the only available route forward is oil powered travel. There aren't any options for wind-powered sail locations, just the one oil route option.

Nevermind - loaded an older save from a previous island and was able to wind-sail to a different island (which has discoverable oil)
