By default, the game (FlatOut 2) chooses a smaller monitor instead of a larger TV. How to change that?

Somehow I turned on the second screen, and even the PS4 controller works. Unfortunately, the controller is for driving and the keyboard is for navigation. Incredibly stupid idea :D
