Hi,
I would like to use my wireless controller Dualshock 4. Is that possible? For example in Portal 2 works awesome. Even vibration works well.

I try to change keyboard option to Xbox 360 controller, but it doesn't work at all. :(

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

After selecting your controller in the options, you need to reconfigure the controls. For me (using a Wii Classic Controller emulated with xboxdrv) it still defaulted to the keyboard for moevement even after selecting the controller in the options. So I reconfigured them individually to use the controller.
