I keep losing morale even though none of my units are under attack. I am essentially forced to play under a time limit and win the map before my morale slowly goes down, -50 points at a time. Anyone else having this problem?

Edit: nevermind, I need to capture those control points because otherwise I get a -25 morale penalty for each one the opponent controls.
