What are the controls for this game. From the video it like a controller, but I don't see controller support listed. I can use mouse for WASD/Keyboard would be dealbreaker for me.

The game works perfectly fine with keyboard and mouse. You control the player and the little anchors with WASD, interact with E and so forth. Additionally, you access the computer terminals using the mouse (and some keys).

I only played for about an hour but so far, I don't see a reason why a controler should be any more useful than the keyboard/mouse combo.

Since I don't own a controller, I can't tell if the game supports a controller at all.

I am playing with a controller (Logitech F310) and it works fine.

There are prompts in the bottom right corner that show what the buttons do.
