Is the save game file compatible with the Steam version? I want to use my Steam version progression now with my GOG copy. If yes, where the GOG ver saves it?

Yeah, those are fully compatible and it's located at: Users\%USER_NAME%\AppData\LocalLow\sebagamesdev\gog\fightnrage
