Will FoG Empires patches be available in the downloads section? I really hope so.

Agreed. There's been a newer version available since the 18th. Hopefully offline installers don't lag too far behind an update's release date. I run the game on Linux using WINE, so offline installers are the only way I'm able to update my game.

Over on steam the latest 'diplomacy' beta patch is available by opting into it, as per Slitherine's announcement. There doesn't seem to be any parity between providers having such beta patches available; Steam seems to be first served, it would appear.

What is the current beta patch policy on GoG? This diplomacy update sounds quite appealing for all players regardless of where they purchased FoGE - so - why no parity?
