Allez dans C:.../Documents/My Games/FieldOfGlory2, éditez le fichier Options.txt, changez en:

KEY_A Q
KEY_Q A

Don't buy FoG2Medieval: it's just old game with old flaws: no key binding, still tiny fonts.
