After playing the Dacian Kingdom i started a new game with a celtic Tribe.

I was quite surprised how strong they are, if you survive the early feuds. But it seems that the celtic have some machanics that are not explained.

I.Druidic Buildings
There's a number of druidic buildings, some, like the convenant, seem to appear normally at the building list if you meet some conditions(For the Covenant it should be Hill/Wood/Swamp, no Walls built and T2 Culture unlocked) but other seem just to appear/disappear on their own like the druidic Hideout.
Does someone know more about the Druidic Buildings and their rules?

II. Festivals and Rituals
Some "Buildings" stay only for a limited time ad while the Harvestfestival is pretty clear other seem to have no effect like the rituals to honor a good or a group of themed goods. Is there only a random chance that something will happen? Are the rituals only flavor?
Has someone more experience with the celtic Rituals and Festivals?

After winning my recent game i can anwser the questions myself...

I.The conditions for all Druidic buildings are the same, "wild" area Hill/Wood/Swamp/Mountain, no walls/Fortress/Castrum and a below 25 Pop, if one of the conditions for exclusion is meet after building it the building disappear.
Covenants can be build by yourself, other Druidic buildings are either on the map allready or can appear via event.

II.Festivals and Rituals
Rituals change the way Druidic buildings work, the change stay in effect until aother ritual is hold
Festivals, aside the Harvestfestival, can appear if you build all celtic reglious buildings in a region and every festival
give you a boon for several turns.
