The game have unexpected crashes. Sometimes the "stop working" message appears, sometimes it just go back to desktop without any information. My computer is not hi-spec but game run smoothly. Anyone have same problems with this game?

Yeah, crashed twice at a certain 6-block puzzle room. Will try again, hopefully I can get through that room without any more hiccups.
The port seems to be totally unstable atm. That's sad :/. Hopefully it'll be easy to fix...

Edit: Since we got an official response, problem solved in v1.02.

Crashes in a purple room with 4 cubes as soon as I picked up the fourth cube.
How often the game crash? Are the crashes random or the game always crash at certain point? Is is possible (by luck) to finish the game with 100% secrets in the current state, before v1.02 fix will be available?

Also, when Fez was released on X360, bugs were present as well. The game was later patched, but the patch was imperfect, because it corrupted existing savegames. Starting a new game was necessary to play without bugs (I hope this won't happen again on Windows version). The patch was recalled, but later it was reintroduced in unchanged form.
The game crashes every 15/20 minutes i would say. Actually not really playable until the v1.02 is available.

About the save system, on PC it has been completely redone, so i don't think there'll be any problem of this kind.

Edit: 1 hour in the village? Wow. I guess the crashes occurs in some particular rooms. Each time it was a room with an anti-cube.
About LB/LT and RB/RT, it does the same thing.

I've played over an hour, and no crashes on my PC with Vista 32-bit (maybe OS does matter here). However, I've often used Alt+Tab to look at walkthrough on IGN. And I've finished only the village. BTW, the code for Boiler Room Anticube on IGN is incorrect (instead on RB and LB it should be RT and LT, rest part is correct).
I mailed the developer about the tetris-block puzzle - and got pointed to the official home of the bug.

In short - the bug is fixed in 2.0.2, which is up at Steam, and on its way to GOG.

The other thing that stands out in the Official Bug Forum is that Intel Integrated Graphics are severely not supported. GOG needs to update their listing to reflect this, it is highly unintuitive for a pixel-art game to need a better GPU than Arkham Asylum.

Fez has plenty of 3D graphics. It's not just pixel art.

As for why it has compatibility problems with Intel graphics I have no idea but I agree that GOG should have a warning on the product page.

I had one random crash in 2 hours of gameplay so far. (not using Intel gfx)

I'm also crashing at the 6-block puzzle room. :\
Hopefully the 1.02 patch will fix some of the problems folks are having. I was fortunate enough to be able to play for several hours without any issue yesterday, as long as I didn't hang around for too long in the bugged secret puzzle rooms (2 or 3 of them in total) that were already mentioned.

The only other strange bug I came across once was when Gomez was walking through a door to another room, he seemed to get stuck in the doorway on the other side (I maybe tried to jump a little before he finished... not sure though). He would animate as if he was responding to the controls but he wouldn't actually move or jump. Fortunately I just restarted and he was back to normal again.
For me the game is quite unstable whenever I have to move purple puzze blocks. pre patch 1.03 I could not solve a puzzle where I had to insert four number coded cubes into a bigger cube with four slots on each side. With patch 1.03 this became solvable for me.

Now it crashed again in another purple puzzle room, where your have to rearrange four purple blocks to match tetris blocks in all four perspectives at once (see attachment). The crash occured when I needed to move two cubes that where stacked on top of each other.

I could solve the puzzle after restarting the game, but I think this might be an issue, that is worth investigating.
