I just installed the newest version and it seems as if you enhanced the video options quite a bit.

However I am confused about those different aspect ratios: screen aspect and game aspect ... what do they mean and how do they behave depending on the resolution you chose (4:3 / 16:9 resolution with aspect or aame ratio set different ....).

Also I wonder why there is no 16:9 game aspect ratio possible? (only classic 4:3 and 16:10 real).
(Some setting lead to strange results - see attachments)

Skipping lines still leads to the characters moving their lips without saying anything.

For whatever cryptical reason you also still use END to skip lines and scenes. Please, please, please - nobody uses END - please use Space instead! I have to take my hand from the mouse just to skip lines - that's ridiculous.

Hi Marko,

This version 1.6.0 fixed the issue with the aspect ratio, as I told you before the game was release in 640x400 so this is 16:10 but in 1996 only few screens had the ability to change the aspect ration in full screen and add the black bands. So the game for most of the people was in 4:3, but the real aspect ratio of the game is 16:10.

Also this not affect your screen the configuration of your screen is in the option screen aspect and if you select auto the program use the current resolution to calcualte the aspect ratio.

If you want to play as we desingned the game, is game aspect 16:10 and screen aspect auto.

About the key to skip the dialogues, we still working in the new updates.

Thanks

Thank you for the explanation @Gualber (also thank you for your feedback in this forum in general - really appreciate it). While you are woorking on the skip dialogues key (and don't forget to also make movie scenes skip with space at well btw) please also try to remove the pause between lines whener you skip a dialogue. Thank you :)

Hey Gualbert,
thank you for the heads up. I just tried it and it's working fine. Now there's only the issue with pauses in dialogues whenever you skip dialogues it would be amazing. But the "Space" for skipping was essemtial for me, so I am glad it's there now. Thank you again.
