How to RUN this game? All I get is BIG blue loading circle and thats it, Task Manager shows that FEAR is not responding, also tried compatibility with XP 3.

Late response but I'll answer to this in case someone searches for the same issue:

For me the FEAR runs on Windows 10 with 'Compatibility mode' set to 'Windows XP (Service Pack 2)' AND 'Disable full-screen optimisation' checked.

Thank you so much! Was finally able to get the game to start on Windows 11 with this fix!
