The game is running well and everything is ok in the menu, but when i am in game the mouse does not respond, however, the keyboard and even my generic controller is working. The mouse return working when i press Esc and go back to the menu but still dont working in game.

Other than making sure the mouse is configured in the options, the only thing I can think of is to try installing this fix for the slow down related to the mouse. Maybe it will fix your issue too:
