I downloaded and beat the game on Hard mode, but when I came back I couldn't find any button leading to either of the expansions. Does anyone know how I can get to them? Or is this some sort of glitch?

Not sure how you launch them from Galaxy. The expansions are in your game folder, inside the directories FEARXP and FEARXP2, you should be able to launch them with FEARXP.exe and FEARXP2.exe respectively.
Extraction point doesn't support widescreen by default, you need to edit the file
C:\Users\Public\Documents\TimeGate Studios\FEARXP\settings.cfg
just find the X and Y for the current resolution and change it to your desired one.
