Yesterday it worked just fine

Today, if I try to install the game from GOG Galaxy it gets stuck at 0.2% .

If I try to download the offline packages, I get the "404 not found" on file #3

To add to the initial report, I managed to find a copy of the offline installers on my external storage.

Problem is, upon installing them, GOG Galaxy attempts to download a 8.2MB update and gets stuck at 1.5MB.

Cherry on top, if I abort the update and disable auto-updates for the game, I manage to run the game however quicksaves and autosaves complete freeze the game for over 1 minute, which makes me assume that that update is needed for the game to run on modern systems.
Hi, today and yesterday downloading parts 2 or 3 of the offline installers returned 404 responses, but not consistently. For example, today part 3 failed. The URL requested was

Part 2 succeeded today but failed yesterday.

I saw there was an event that affected service-side file availability; just providing this anecdote to help GOG staff recover. Good luck!
