If when you start your game, your screen resolution decreases and the game opens as black window that does nothing, then you must fix your game resolution.

The game resolution must be set the same as your screen resolution.
for me is 1920 x 1080

You can obtain the Config file from the site of the developer just google Help Center>Technical Help>All About FATE>FATE on Windows 10

When you download the .ini file open it and change the resolution values to your screen values

For me the Persistent folder was located

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\WildTangent

I had 2 folders Fate and FateUndiscoveredRealms. I placed the edited config.ini file in both locations in the Persistent folder.

It is possible that you may need to disable the OVERLAY for G-FORCE and DISCORD!
