The GOG version of Far Cry 2 comes with the Fortunes DLC, but there seems to be a little extra content lurking about! There are four additional missions and two decorative machetes you can unlock. I don't know if GOG has actually unlocked these beforehand, but I kinda doubt it.

Since this involves some slight registry editing, I have to add that I am not responsible for anything you do with anything, anywhere.

copied from http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/942192-far-cry-2/faqs/55796:

4 Extra Missions
Head over to the “Promotional Content” in the main menu. Once there, type in the following passwords:
- sa7eSUPR
- tar3QuzU
- THaCupR4
- SpujeN7x

If done correctly, a message should appear for every code, stating that the missions are unlocked. Now, when playing the game, you will occasionally come across extra missions. Also, the Intel Bonus missions have been installed prior to this game. These include 2 extra missions.

Alternative Machete Designs
For the die-hards, it’s possible to unlock extra machetes without having to log on to multiplayer. To do this, open the Register Edit (Regedit), and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/UBISOFT/Far Cry 2. In here, you should find a standard key, and the keys PartnerKey1 and PartnerKey 2 (assuming you’ve unlocked the above missions). Right mouse click, new, then click the 32-bit key (DWORD) to create a new key. Change the name to MachetesKey, doubleclick it, and change the value to 1. Once you’ve done this, you’ll find the new machete’s in the options tab of the MAIN MENU.

According to this, there are 6 bonus missions. Are those the same as the Intel missions?
I'm not sure, as I'm only playing through the game for the first time myself, and have not played very much of it. But my guess is that there are six total, based on what I see on your link and scrutinizing my link back to GameFAQs. It seems like maybe there are four missions unlocked with the codes, then two more "Intel" missions appear? Hard to say at this point.
There's some information about these missions here.
What about these bonus missions and the Intel Bonus Missions ? Are they availables on the GOG version ?

I just finished farcry2.
I had entered the codes mentioned on the first post, and I did get a message that some stuff was unlocked.
Ingame, I got the phone calls and markings on the map and found 4 predecessor tapes, with a counter of 38/40 side quests done.
Maybe I should have searched more. It is possible that I spelled some code wrong, too.
Hope this helps!

Thank you for your answer. Don't hesitate to post more if you unlock something else.

Check this post if you have time, I don't know if the Predecessor bonus content works on the GOG version :

Allright I reinstalled FC2 to check the facts, hope it helps!
Bear in mind that I was not aware of the "6aPHuswe" code that supposedly unlocks everything, I had only knowledge of the 4 codes posted in this thread. Which codes did unlock at least 4 predecessor missions (i got 4 tapes) and succesfly bugged the mouseclicking of "quit" as the steam guide you posted informs!

Btw, the link you posted for some bizarre reason, doesn't not work for me; with clicking it just takes me to the same page of this thread. However, rightclick+copy then paste on browser URL bar works. weird

... time...

With pure install, I have 0/40 side missions done, no machete option and no "predecessor tapes" option or "special mission legend". A friend of mine that has the retail DVD version (probably no 1.03 patch) reports 0/36 side missions upon installation without any codes.
With the 6aPHuswe -> invalid password
With SpujeN7x -> you have successfully unlocked the missions.
With sa7eSUPR -> you have successfully unlocked the missions.
With tar3QuzU -> you have successfully unlocked the missions.
With THaCupR4 -> you have successfully unlocked the missions.
All other codes seem to be invalid
[First post in this thread is 100% correct]

With the 4 codes entered still 40 side missions and no machete option (refer to the registry editing from the first post for this I guess) but the Predecessor tapes option appears, the quit option bugs, the special mission icon appears.

I can provide a save file with 4 tapes acquired if this helps anyone. I tend to search around a bit with games so it seems weird I didn't got more, but it might as well be me doing something sub-optimal. If anyone has unlocked the "final" predecessor mission, or if mange to do so, please post.
Thank you again for that complete report. It seems the unlocked missions must have to be completed to access to the final mission, or something like that...
It is a hassle since this game was sold for more than one platform. Each platform seems to have it's own codes.

Those codes were exclusive for those who preordered the game back in 2008 at GameStop. Maybe also for those who bought the Limited Edition.

At the end I came across a great theread:

And this outline seems to answer it:

4. How do I unlock them in retail versions?

If you happen to have the non-Steam retail disc version, you can unlock the content in two different ways, as outlined below:

Manual code entry
Enter some case-sensitive codes into the Promotional Content dialogue box from the title screen main menu. Only certain ones will work with the version you have, the rest will have no effect. Successfully entering the correct one(s) results in the message box You have successfully unlocked the missions for each valid entry. There are various codes that were distributed and fall into the following groups:

Should unlock all missions:

6aPHuswe

Gamestop exclusives only:

SpujeN7x

Various mission unlocks:

phe83spa
2Eprunef
2Tuw5esw
96CesuHu
Cr34ufrE
JeM8SpaW
sa7eSUPR
tar3QuzU
THaCupR4
tr99pUkA
zUmU6Rup

Registry key method

Alternatively, a registry key with specific values maybe created by copying the following text into a file created with Notepad, saved with a ".reg" extension, and then executed to merge it into your system settings:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ubisoft\Far Cry 2]
"PartnerKey1"=dword:00000001
"PartnerKey2"=dword:00000001
"MachetesKey"=dword:00000001

5. [...]

edit:
The .reg file worked for me. So I thing for every GOG-Version.
