I just recently bought Far Cry 1 through GOG, on sale for 3 bucks. I have the cd version but couldn't get it to load up, guessing because of drm issues. I am running windows 11. It installed fine but just will not open up. Tried all compatibility modes, running as admin.
Anyways, I have an issue with enabling god mode. I added -devmode to the end of the shortcut. Give all weapons and ammo works fine. But when I hit backspace in game, it doesn't work. When I bring up the command window or whatever it is called, what comes up when you press ~, it shows god mode being toggled each time I hit backspace.
While doing a search, I found someone saying to add a certain line to the devmode.lua file and still doesn't work.
