Fallout 3 Crashing on Windows10: Can't even pass the loading screen
I recently bought the GOG version of 3 as I heard that it ran better then its Steam counterpart but I've been running into the same issue and I'm crashing at the loading screen even after deleting any old Save data and all the old DDLs.
I won't lie I'm far from being able to understand how to fix some of these issues and have spent more time trying tutorials and recommendations then when I did manage to get my steam version to run (While that one did run whenever something even thought about attacking me the game instantly would crash.)

I'm just looking for any suggestions as I've tried almost everything I can find or at the very least understand.
Any and all Help is welcomed and I'm even thankful for you even reading this.

I am also using Vortex Mod manager if that of any use.

Update: I have managed to get past the loading screne by updating my graphics card but I've not tested it with my mods yet but just incase this was some fluke I'll leave this post up. Any solutions to crashign is very welcome.
Update2: Okay so using Vortex works but I can't use the A button and I drop things when pressing L or R but that also happened with Steam. It's like my controller is on turbo.

This happened to me with FO3. It was using my on-board Intel card. It only worked when I forced it to use my nVidia GTX 1080. The funny thing is, I had no such problems with FO:NV.
